That is why we offer tailored training programs for your production and technical staff. During this training, they will learn all there is to know about how to operate and maintain your machines. Armed with this knowledge, your employees will be able to understand and fix technological and product-technical issues independently. Participants receive a certificate after having completed the training successfully. This certificate can also be used for the statutory food safety plan, such as an HACCP Plan.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE
Periodical inspections and preventive maintenance ensure the discovery of wear and tear of the machine parts in time. By replacing the worn parts in time, it will prevent machines from malfunctioning and ensures that the machine or installation can produce your product for much longer and better. During the preventive service inspections, your employees will also be informed about aspects such as machine safety and any new operating or maintenance instructions.
MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
Preventive maintenance is included in client-specific maintenance contracts. You can contact our after-sales team to advise you on how periodical maintenance works at your site, how it can be organized and carried out. We will base our planning for periodical maintenance on how your machine or installation is used. Depending on that, we will carry out the agreed maintenance and inspections during one or several annual visits. During these visits, we preventively replace various wear parts, and if the inspection shows that other parts are worn as well, then these parts will be included in the inspection report and offered to you as a replacement proposal. You can also use the preventive maintenance report for the statutory food safety plan, such as the HACCP plan.
Spare Parts
To make sure that our delivered machines can achieve the maximum result, all parts must be optimally aligned. Our long-standing knowledge and experience have taught us that having the right parts is vital. Selo always has sufficient spare parts in stock. Our logistics department handles the shipment of any part(s) that you order.
One of the main reasons for you to invest in quality is that you need to halt the production less often.
