Filling and capping line
Complete filling lines for efficient production
From bottle feeding to palletizing — a complete, integrated solution designed to optimize your entire production line.
Increase efficiency, reduce manual handling, and ensure consistent quality across every step.
One complete system – full control
A complete filling line connects every part of your production into one seamless flow. From handling empty containers to filling, capping, labeling, and palletizing, each step is fully integrated.
This reduces downtime, improves efficiency, and ensures consistent output across your entire operation.
Suitable for multiple industries
Our filling lines are designed for a wide range of industries, including food, pharmaceuticals, cleaning products, cosmetics, chemicals, and motor oil.
Each solution is tailored to handle different product types, container shapes, and production requirements.
How a complete filling line works
A complete filling line consists of multiple integrated machines working together to automate the entire process.
ANSA – Unscrambling machine
The process begins with the ANSA unscrambling machine, which automatically orients and feeds empty containers onto the conveyor.
It handles containers of various shapes and sizes and ensures they are correctly positioned before entering the filling stage. By automating this step, the machine eliminates manual handling and creates a consistent product flow.
Containers are loaded into a hopper, transported via an elevating conveyor, and guided through an orientation system that aligns them before placing them onto the production line.
This ensures a reliable and efficient start to the entire filling process.
Filling system
After orientation, containers move to the filling machine, where products are dispensed with high precision. Depending on capacity requirements, systems can be configured with multiple nozzles to ensure fast and accurate filling.
Capping and sealing
Once filled, containers are automatically sealed using linear or rotary capping systems. This ensures product safety, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
Labeling and packaging
The next step includes labeling and packaging. Products can be labeled for branding and compliance, then packed using shrink tunnels or cartoning systems depending on requirements.
Palletizing and end-of-line
Finally, products are palletized using automated systems, ensuring efficient handling, storage, and transport.
Flexible capacity options
Our filling lines are designed to match your production needs:
500 – 2,500 bottles/hour
Ideal for smaller or entry-level production.
3,000 – 5,000 bottles/hour
Perfect for growing operations.
6,000 – 10,000 bottles/hour
Built for high-volume production.
Each solution can be tailored and scaled as your business grows.
Built for demanding environments
Our filling lines can be configured for specialized production environments, including ATEX-rated setups for handling solvents and alcohol-based products.
We also offer corrosion-resistant solutions for aggressive liquids such as acids, detergents, and fertilizers.
All systems can be monitored remotely, giving you full control and insight into your production at all times.
Designed to grow with your business
Thanks to a modular design, your filling line can be expanded as your production increases. Additional modules and upgrades can be integrated without replacing the entire system.
This ensures a future-proof investment that adapts to your needs.
