Casepacking
Casepacking, also known as case filling, is a crucial process in the packaging industry where products are systematically placed into cases or cartons for shipping and distribution. Case Filling Horizontal KP – Pick and Place
The case filling machine of type KP packs single products (bags, boxes or blister packs) horizontally into cases or boxes.
Here Delta pickers take on the packing task. Whether lengthwise, crosswise, or head to head – every single product receives its individual position. The most modern smart camera technology enables an accurate pick-up position and thus ensures a precise packing pattern. Due to multiple arrangements of Delta pickers, performance limits are no longer an issue. The case filling machine KP can be perfectly combined with an erecting and closing/lid applying module. One motion-control regulates robot handling and classic servo axes.
As a stand-alone machine, the KP can be easily combined with tray and case erectors, box stackers, case closers and lid applying machines.

Case Filling Horizontal KF – Gravity Principle
The case filling machine Model KF packs bags horizontally in cases or boxes.
A specific feature of the process is: the products are fed horizontally, positioned onto hinged flaps, with case loading being carried out simply by a gravity principle. The high positioning accuracy in respect of this is impressive. Lengthwise or crosswise packing patterns are possible.
The trays, American cases or boxes to be filled are pre-erected and supplied externally to the machine and can be closed after the filling process. The case filling machine Model KF can be flexibly combined with tray and case erectors, box stackers, case closers and lid applying machines.

Case Filling Vertical KV
The case filling machine Model KV packs single products (bags, boxes or blister packs) vertically in cases or trays.
A specific feature of the process is: the products are always transported horizontally during infeeding, grouping and filling. An optimal equalisation of the content in the primary packaging is maintained and, due to this, a high fill level of product in the final packaging is guaranteed

Lid and tray

The Lid and tray machines
Compact end of line KWH – TD / – DT
The compact end-of-line packaging machine type KWH-TD or -DT packs individual products (bags, boxes, blisters or other) in trays with an outside lid (TD) or inside lid (DT).
The trays and lids are each folded and glued from a flat blank during the packaging process. All process steps take place on one working level. The cover module can be switched to inactive. An upgrade to one-piece wrap-around boxes is possible with both variants!
One and two-way pocket chains or our standardized product transport technology are used as the collection system. Horizontal and vertical groupings, single and multi-row groupings, single and multi-layer groupings – the J+P modular system can be flexibly and individually configured.
The format range of the machine includes the usual national and international packaging sizes. The format change takes place quickly and without tools using “J+P-simple-quick-change”.
Compact end of line KWH – T / – W
The compact end of line packaging machine of type KWH-T or -W packs single products (bags, boxes, blister packs or other) in trays or wrap-around cases.
The cases are folded from a flat blank during the packing process and then closed using hotmelt glue.
Single and 2-track pocket conveyors or our standardised product transport systems are used for the collating systems. Horizontal and vertical groupings, single and multi-row groupings, single and multi-layer arrangements – the J+P modular system can be configured flexibly for each requirement.
