The UVA Dynamic Hydro is an advanced, and immensely flexible bagmaker, offering the ability to expand in the field where market requirements dictate. 

Such flexibility has been a goal of many VFFS manufacturers but no manufacturer except for VDL Packaging has been able to truly succeed. The UVA Dynamic Hydro, like its predecessor LIMA, is designed with true expandability as the number one priority.  VDL Packaging has for many years concentrated on developing options for a variety of markets that can be added onto a basic machine, either during the base machine production or after installation at the customer’s plant. These options include four corner seal, air deflation, press to close zipper, Slider zipper and a host more.

With the UVA Dynamic Hydro this flexibility is further enhanced as the base machine and several optional modules will be available in true IP66 or NEMA 4 execution.

UVA Dynamic Pure

If you don’t need a complete washdown machine but still want the highest standard of hygiene, we have developed the UVA Dynamic Pure. It’s an IP55 hygienic bagmaker, built on the same frame as the Hydro but fitted with covers for ventilation and cooling.

The VDL Dynamic Pure is designed with expandability and hygiene as the top priority. VDL Packaging has focused on developing options for various markets that can be added to a basic machine either during production or after installation at the customer’s plant. These options include four-corner seals, air deflation, press-to-close zipper, air valve, and more.

The UVA Dynamic Pure is an advanced and highly flexible bagmaker, offering the ability to expand in the field based on market requirements.

UVA Essential

As the successor of the successful Butler 4 we have looked at flexibility, simplicity and packed it in a compact stainless steel body frame to achieve the best price-performance ratio. The UVA Essential movement is now fully servo-controlled to ensure the best controls and highest bag finish. 

To achieve the highest flexibility, the UVA Essential can be equipped with different seal technologies and options. Our VFFS is standard equipped with our heat seal technology. Optional we offer the ceramic seal system for e.g. mono-layer films to increase your sustainability. If you want both systems this is possible too, as our simple interchangeable mechanism allows you to change one to the other seal system. The UVA Essential is suitable for multiple markets and bag styles.

UVA Newton
